Good news ^__^ Our school ~~has finally got something to be proud of!~~...Has someone who managed to get into the finals of Campus Superstar 2009! Whoots!Guess who?
Haha,not me lah~(I didn't go for audition ,去了也未必赢啦。。。)
Its....Mavis! Wahaha, and now she is super busy.She previously joined a singing competition (Be a star) and she is now at Genting to compete for the finals.Then after she come back she still got rehearsal for CSS3 followed by the actual performance.Really busy :D
Currently I am helping out with her fanclub (although my name has yet to be stated there...)

Hmm,this is quite a sensitive topic eh~ Personally I prefer Obama.I like the way he talks :P Very confident and with some humour.Not only that,he also cares for the environment

Hai... Looking at the camp pics and I feel that sometimes DSLR(digital single-lens reflex camera) camera can't match with a Digital camera? -___-
But then according to what I saw,that DSLR camera which the teacher used should be at least of 10mega-pixel(just my guess...),how come the pics uploaded are so pixellated ....

Oh my gosh~ I just saw this on the straits times website and decided to share with everyone

"BUS and train fares will go up from Oct 1, with most commuters having to pay up to four cents more per trip.

But unlike previous years, when fare hikes were felt largely across the board, this time about four in 10 commuters will not have to pay more or could even end up spending less, according to the Public

Commuters who need to make a transfer to get to their destinations will benefit the most.

Of the lot, 13 per cent will see no change in their weekly commuting expenses while 28 per cent will each save 29 cents per week or around $15 a year.

For those who will have to pay more, ez-link card users will incur on average an additional four cents per ride, and folks using cash - a single-digit minority - will have to fork out 10 cents more.

The new fares announced on Friday are the result of two factors. One, the regular annual revision, which according to this year's formula, is capped at 3 per cent.

The second and more fundamental change is the move towards a distance-based fare structure.

This requires the dismantling of the 'transfer penalty', where commuters whose journeys involves transfers pay as much as 50 per cent more than those who take a direct service over the same distance.

For a start this year, the gap will be narrowed by increasing the transfer rebate from 25 cents to 40 cents, before the penalty is done away with altogether next year.

As a result of the changes, PTC chairman Gerard Ee said most commuters will see far smaller rises than the 3 per cent maximum allowed under the formula.

The higher 'transfer rebate', he added, will also influence people to change their travelling behaviour.

'With more rail lines coming, and more hub-and-spoke bus services, I believe travel patterns will change,' Mr Ee said, adding that the higher rebate 'gives people more choices'.

Faber-Castell was founded in Nuremberg, Germany in 1761. Today, it produces more than 1.8 billion black-lead and colour pencils a year, with facilities in 19 countries.

Hello everyone!How's the sports day?Hmm.I've got a happy and auspicious piece of news to share =] Yesterday was the 2nd round of the preliminary Singapore secondary schools debate competition.Yay! We won this round.Hope we can pass the preliminary rounds and continue competing till the end.Haha xD Okay, it was Deyi Secondary School v.s Yu Ying Secondary. We went to Westwood Secondary school to debate.Deyi got propostition again.
The motion for this debate is :"This house would prevent the fashion industry from using Size'O models"
I was the First speaker of the proposition team.Their school was nice and ~~crazy~~ cool.They have this ~~crazy~~ cool rule that says "the authorised language is english.Mother tongue can only be used during change of lessons".When I saw that, I said "WTH!(H for happy...)".Isn't this school sort of...~~Weird~~ Interesting?But still, I find it unfair that only english can be spoken.If I speak chinese how? Wo xi huan! =P

So many glass panes for what?!?!I counted it and one vertical row has 13 glass panes.Total,in their class,they have more than 60glass panes.Siao.I rather they buy brooms or dustpans than spend so much on GLASS PANES which aren't of any use to the students.Ya lah,for decoration only :P

SEC 3 CAMP!!!!!!!

the sec 3 camp ferr this yr is so fun!! xD ferr those hu didn't go let mi tell u wad had happened during this past 3 daes..

DAY 1
everyone arrived in skool as usual n we were lyk so excited bout goin to the camp..den ltr went ferr morning assembly..sing national song n blahblahblah..so the ones nt goin haf to go to the somewhere else..(can't rmb where it is =P ) n the musical ppl..haiizz shalyn don be sad den everyone waved good bye n sae we gna haf lots of fun dere..lols juz to make her jealous..den ltr they decided to haf a spot check...OMG!! coz ferr those hu haf snacks, GG! den melvin was lyk Mr Loh Mr Loh i thought u sae they wen check de ..arrrhhh!!! den when they checked melvin's luggage..n his potato chips n mamee flew away~but wad they didn't noe was a packet of twisties hidden at the btm..hahas.. when we board the bus..shalyn called wister n she was lyk so blur dunno where we are..we kept sayin look opposite..den ltr she turned around n saw us..we waved gd bye to her b4 we set off to malaysia truly asia~! on the bus we went total chaotic..we sing, we shout, we eat!! den some other classes ppl oso join us..den suddenly the backsit ppl shouted akmal n chen fang!! den ltr told her to sit beside akmal..hahas the custom stuffs i shall nt talk more bout it coz is nt rlyy wow..yay finally reach the campside!! wo0ts..we put our stuffs in a room n took out our plates forks spoons n cups n head to the canteen to haf our lunch..at the canteen we haf to sing a makan cheer in order to eat..we went HUNGRY HUNGRY!! VERI VERI!! HUNGRY VERI!! VERI HUNGRY!! JIKELAKABIYABIYA JIKELAKABIYABIYA JIA!!! n devour the food tt we haf on our plates..after tt we haf to put our bags n luggages in the conference room..took out our daypack n change into shorts becoz we haf to go ferr trekking!! yay.. most of the ppl sprayed the insect repellent which makes the whole room lyk so oxygenless..lols..and so we went ferr the trekking activity..walkwalkwalk chatchatchat..sumwhere in the journey we saw zhiming's family the MONKEYSS!! hahas den we said monkey eat BANANAS n christina was lyk diao =.= lols n carried on moving..Mr loh was carrying a stick tt is taller den him n we were lyk suaning him tt the stick is taller den him.hahas..he is the "da gou bang" cheif den ltr he pass to wister which makes him his "tu di". reached the place where we haf to set up our tents..n teamwork is being put into it..we worked tgt n managed to pitch the tents yay!! headed on ferr the waterfall activity gdgd!! n move on..while walking..there are mani obstacles on the path..muddy tracks, small river n walking on unstable rocks..i was the "hero" ferr 3 tyms in the journey man..helped out mani by pulling their hands..n i was lyk told off ferr nt helping them..dotss..why don the instructors tell it to other ppl instead?? wad we tink tt is the major obstacles is is actually JOVINA!!! we blocked our paths mani tyms..bcoz tt she scared of crossing the unstable paths..aiya actually nvm luhh..dun sad hor..lols..we suan her until lyk wad ferr the whole journey..den ltr mr lee, our pe teacher, told her smting veri obscene bcoz she got the smting tt girls haf every month..he said take the leech put it on her butt n they will suck it away ferr u..it was lyk so ewww!! on the way i fell down 2 tyms on my butt..ouch!! i my butt was lyk cracking..lols..mr loh oso got fell down n his pants frm white turned to dark brown..hahas reach the small river..everyone haf lots of fun dere..we splashed water at each other..den at 1st, nelson was the 1st to be totally wet..hahas followed by jasmine n sum other ppl..when i walked up frm the river..sum other girls frm other grps screamed bcoz dere's a white ting tt looks lyk a crab bt it is nt..suddenly tt creature jumped n all screamed siaoo..1 girl was beside mi tt tym..my left ear turned deaf ferr 5 secs..lols..sum went on to a higher obstacles..a veri veri steep hill where by u haf to climb up almost vertically..however, the most fortunate ppl are the niiners(309) coz they went up dere..sadly the sky turned dark n we haf to return back to the tents..while walking back..matthew n i was enjoyin the water..we flow ferr a short distance..lols..n dere we go the major obstacles is back to block our way..lols shenglon went to pee half way..hahas..blahblahblah..walkwalkwalk chatchatchat...matthew suddenly got attacked by a leech..omg!! n he was lyk keep walking..hahas though he noes it den ltr clarence sprayed the insect repellent on his leg..he shouted. not becoz of the pain bt rather the smell of it..lols..den continue to walk..suddenly christina tripped a little nt totally fell on the ground..mi n basil went to interview her..is this ur 1st tym tripped?? how to u feel? den ltr on wadever she do we interviewed her again..hahas she was so pek chek over it..when we were out we felt so glad lyk as though we were trapped in the rainforest ferr 10 daes n finally manage to come out..den ltr brief by the instructors n headed back to the tents.. i wore bt sunglasses n it was in the nyt..hahas..bt the feeling was more shiok man!! it was pitched dark..as though i'm having a nyt walk..back to the tents.. mi n kejun go to the toilet to do business..kejun's torch suddenly fell in to the toilet hole hahas..den he take it out smell it n washed it.. we haf our dinner at the back of the tents..we had maggie mee, baked beans, hotdogs..n is cooked by us..everyone onli managed to eat a lil..our maggie mee veri special de..got insecets as extra ingredient n sand as seasonings..crapp man..ltr on we haf cheer party n a competition..the 2008 gu niang competition. they haf to perform the ultimate gu niang clap..melvin won the competition!! ltr we the everybody dance now clap..the instructor WEN JIE JIE created mani language remix out of it..such as tamil, korean, japanese, thai n even ahbeng style..hahas..it was so damn funny luhh ltr supper drink milk n cake..bt i onli drink milk..n we went to slp..in my tent..dere were 7 ppl..n the tent shld be onli be occupied by around 5 ppl..lols..we were so warm in the tent luhh..den ltr kejun open up the tent..n invited the insects in..lols..bt it was much cooler liao.. mi n kejun lyk could nt slp luhh..den ltr we went to do business.. in the wild..hahas actually onli mi luhh..i kept saying i was damn urgent..den ltr 5 secs finished..lols went back to the tent n slp..shenglon cm n disturb mi by cming to my side n slp coz cooler..in the end i tink i managed to slp an hr or 2 or maybe even less den tt..

DAY 2
we ate out breakfast..milk n bread..den ltr told to unpitch the tent.. pick up the rubbish on the floor..instuctors announced tt we gna slp at the chalet..everyone went so high luhh..n so we trekk back to the campsite..walkwalkwalk chatchatchat...n we reached!! yay..carried our stuffs checked in to the chalet n put our stuffs in it..as we approached ferr the lunch..eat ardy..we went to the swimming pool!! it was so fun luhh..we rinsed ourself n the water is so cold~~our 1st activity at there is ..don rlyy noe hw explain..in the swimming pool, six ppl carry a red tinging..lyk a ting to carry a person..den ltr sumone haf to drop into the water n those guys haf to use the red tinging n save them..when it was my turn..i was kinda scare luhh..coz i dunno hw swim ma. xP..in total i tried the most number of tym..3..went on ferr othwe stuffs n blahblahblah.. went ot bathe in the chalet..given 1hr.. everyone juz rinse den ltr the girls come to our side n request ferr bathing..coz they thought tt we will be faster..no man!! is nearly equal after all..so they haf to w8 w8w8..den ltr come us okay liao man?? den melvin sae we not buying aniting go away~!! finish liao all wear slippers go dere.. at nyt we haf a veri nice dinner..rice french fries n chicken wings..den ltr we had cheers..our deyi clapped..gif mi 1 deyi clap..*clapclap* malu..*clapclap* malu bomsamaliya..bom bom to wakali bom bom payabaya..bom bom tao ni cao ta..bomb~~~!! den we haf a cheer fight.. our class sang the remix sunshine..u are my akmal my onli akmal u make mi h**ny when skies are grey..u may mi no dear hw much i hum u plz don take my akmal away..u are my ak ak ak ak mal my onli ak ak ak ak mal u make mi hor hor hor hor ny when skies are grey..u may be no dear hw much i hum u plz dun tak my akmal away..woo0ts cool ryt?? hahas den everyone was told to wear back our shoes..sianss had some fun in the dunno where..sing cheer blahblah..den ltr intructors shorty n jiejie performing sum funny stuffs jie jie's arms replaced wif shorty de n they started to do funny stuffs which make us laugh lyk siao..
late nyt we went back to chalet.. enjoy the nice comfy bed n ltr went to matt's room to haf fun..our 306 gathering..suddenly everyone pass down tt instructor cmin..all panic chiong everywhere..toilet..under the bed..on the bed..on the floor.. in the end instructor oso nv come lols..the girls left..n the guys plae sm game..hehex den ltr girls cm in n we talk some stuffs..*ahem ahem* private n confidential..we talked til 3 + am..lols den ltr slp..sianss mi matt kejun n edward slp on the floor..tgt..akmal oso slp on floor bt was on another side..morning some kinda overslpt..

DAY 3
eay breakfast..go rafting n jumped into the water..blahblah..ltr go back chalet n rinse again..everyone chiongin..den go back home tym!! take pics wif the instructors..nw kinda misses them..lols..in the bus.. we sang mani sick cheers taught by none other den the jie jie..all tired..i oso tired talk till here bah..lols

306 class outing @ Shalyn's house

2dae i came late bcoz i woke up late n actually suppose to go grandma house den i rejected it. The journey to Shalyn's house is long n tiring man!! i took bus 853 n went to YCK interchange den i wasn't sure the wae to her house so i call her n she sae take bus 70 to St Vincent de Paul church n call her again. When i reach there n called her, she told mi 2 walk straight go down the stairs n keep walking straight straight straight n i did. Den she called again, asking mi bout my current location den i sae seletar springs den she sae go to the guard house bt i heard it as smting else so i kept walking straight to 120 gerald drive. I called her again n found out tt is was seletar springs den i go to the guard n ask where's lagoon 1(her house block) n the guard saes walk straight den turn ryt n so i ran dere. I FINALLY FOUND IT!! Den when i bout to call her, phone battery went flat..OMG!! i kept trying to on it bt was to no avail..haiiizzz. Suddenly i saw her pop out from the balcony with ShengLon..lols..N so the "exciting" journey to Shalyn's house ends..begining of part 2: in Shalyn's house...is rlyy wow!! coz the moment i stepped in i was treated nicely my her mom n was offered with drinks n food. Her mom also gave me an angpao! so good sia. After the meals Matthew came n eat n wadeva den all went to her room n "play cards". I was wondering was it the color of my shirt tt causes mi to lose money??)= Shenglon went. Nicole n Jasmine came. Ltr on we went to the car park n play hide n seek!!hahas the whole process was tiring..duh? Went back to her house drink water. Nicole n Jasmine in the toilet tgt n Melvin go off the lights..lols. All began to sianss den coz nth much to do..try her com's o2jam bt cnt plae!! rraahh!! den all slowly go back hm n the end..hahas
